About St Helens Laundry
'St Helens Laundry Service' only opened in 2025 but the location has long been known by locals and travellers alike. Previously operating as The Seabreeze Cafe and Laundromat, 25 Quail Street has recently been transformed. The Grapevine is a cosy cafe, restaurant and bar run by Jeff and Kaylene who moved to St Helens in December 2024. When speaking to the locals about what to do with the Laundry, they overwhelmingly called for a Laundry SERVICE for the area.

Our laundry doesn't just offer the chance to Drop and Go for your laundry, but with our autodosing chemical dispersal system it guarantees correct dosage for every load. Fitted with products supplied by Hunters, Tassie owned and made, our service ensures a great wash every time and doesn't just save you time but means no need to buy any chemicals yourself. Our large capacity machines are perfect for bulky items like blankets and doonas and by operating as a laundry service not a laundromat, we can ensure that all of our machines are kept clean and ready for your precious items.
Local Love.
The St Helens Laundry is run by the same team you already know from The Grapevine restaurant and with the same love and care. You will find our newly fit out reception area in the rear carpark and our hours are business friendly from 8am till 4pm, Monday to Friday. We are excited and proud to be able to bring this much needed service to the local residents and businesses of St Helens.
